Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) embarked on the Learning & Working in 2030 project, a futures planning strategy document that explores the future of learning and working in 2030. The purpose of this project is to identify potential opportunities for innovation and adaptation in response to the five future forces that are influential on the learner of 2030.
The scope of the project includes conducting research on the five future forces that are influential on the learner of 2030, developing multiple future scenarios, and identifying potential opportunities for innovation and adaptation. To achieve the project objectives, the team used a mixed-methods approach that combined quantitative and qualitative research methods.
